| Uniprot | TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Predominantly expressed in germinating seeds and flowers and siliques. Highly expressed in inflorescences and weakly or not expressed in rosette leaves, etiolated seedlings, siliques, mature stems and roots. RGA and GAI transcripts were detected at slightly varying levels in all tissues examined. RGL2 signal was undetected, and RGL3 signal was very weak in all tissues examined (rosette leaves, seedlings, inflorescences, and siliques) except inflorescences.
